Organised Activities
Important, Please Read
Whenever we go on an organised activity or a trip, e.g. to Camp, Event or a Hike, we have to be sure that we have:

The full consent of the child's parents

That we are aware of any health issues, allergies, or medication requirements
|
|
·
|
That we have all the necessary contact details, in case of emergencies
|
In these circumstances it is a requirement that all parents fill in a Medical Consent Form and ensure that this is delivered to the Leaders.
We hold address, telephone, mobile, and email details so we have all available means of contacting parents when necessary. So if your contact details have changed, please also complete a contact details form.
For insurance reasons: Without the Medical Consent Form we will not be able to allow your child to participate in the activity or trip.
Keep your eye on the detailed notices, issued by the leaders, for any special requirements for specific events.
Separate consent forms are required, dependent on the range of activities at an event.
